Fulfillment service is the process of preparing, managing and completing customer orders. These steps include receiving orders, picking and packing items and shipping orders.

Our insurance package covers Goods in Transit (GIT), burglary, fire and theft insurance. Insurance is subject to our Terms and Conditions. This gives you complete peace of mind in the case of loss or damage to your parcel while in transit with us.

We offer express delivery, same day delivery and next day delivery:

• For orders with pickup and delivery location within Lagos: 24 working hours from pickup date.
• For same day delivery, we have a cut-off time of 2:30pm

At Sendforce our working days are Mondays to Saturdays

At Sendforce we accept payment on delivery

Yes we do have a list of prohibited items. We do not ship any dangerous goods which are specified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) as restricted articles especially without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing: - explosive gases, weapons, ammunition, flammable substances, oxidizing substances, poisonous substances, radio-active materials and corrosives or although not specified above are of a kindred nature and by their nature are liable to cause death or personal injury. We also do not ship the below prohibited items:

• Bank bills, notes, or currency.
• Common fireworks.
• Hazardous waste or hazardous waste services.
• Human remains, fetal remains, human body parts, human embryos, or components thereof.
• Ivory, Gold, silver, and other precious metals.
• Cocaine, Heroine Marijuana, including marijuana intended for medical use, and Cannabidiol ("CBD") derived from Marijuana and any other hard drugs/intoxicating substance.
• Postage stamps.
• Livestock.
• Medicine without Nafdac Registration Number

Yes, we handle deliveries to all the states within Nigeria.

• For orders with pickup location within Lagos and delivery location in major cities in South-West : 48 – 72 working hours from pickup date
• For orders with pickup location within Lagos and delivery location in major cities in South-East, South-South Nigeria : 48 – 96 working hours from pickup date
• For orders with pickup location within Lagos and delivery location in Abuja : 24 – 48 working hours from pickup date
• For orders with pickup location within Lagos and delivery location in major cities in all the states in Northern Nigeria : 48 – 120 working hours from pickup date

At the moment we are operational only in Lagos, however we handle nationwide and international deliveries.
